Description
RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants and other related mechanical products designed for professional trades, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive the TruAire GRD and Shoemaker GRD product lines in the Eastern United States.
Major responsibility will be to successfully market the TruAire and Shoemaker lines in accordance with the sales strategy. The ideal candidate will successfully network with contractors and independent manufacturers’ representatives in the Eastern US region.
Job Overview and Core Responsibilities:
Drive the GRD (TRUaire and Shoemaker) product lines in the Eastern Division.
Develop, execute, and oversee strategies to achieve set sales goals
Maintain and build GRD markets
TCAP and job quote guidance
Engineering Calls to specify TRUaire and Shoemaker GRD’s
Interface with Reps, Distributors and Contractors building sales and brand recognition
Explore and develop new product opportunities
Train Distributors, Contractors on GRD products and applications
Build relationships with builders, contractors, engineers, and distributors
Coordinate with Rectorseal RSM’s in establishing consolidation opportunities
Identify growth opportunities and market trends
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in HVAC Distribution
Proven Sales background
Travel – up to 50%
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to reach and exceed forecasted goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage key admin/reporting platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with different groups/individuals
Skill in public speaking and presenting information to large groups
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Effective communication skills
Ability to develop a good working relationship
Able to work independently
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Technical degree
HVAC background
Preference will be given to applicants who live in the territory (Eastern US)

Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
